Infrared vs. traditional saunas

What's the difference?

  • Dry air is better tolerated by people with certain respiratory conditions.
  • Cooler air is better tolerated by people with certain medical conditions.
  • FIR heating is similar to the natural sun, which benefits people with vitamin deficiencies and Seasonal Affective Disorder.
  • Deep penetration of FIR energy is thought to be more effective for sore or  injured muscles.
