S This program will provide the right System, Strategy and Support to ensure your Success. This will include how to deal with Stress, the importance of Self Care, Sleep and Stretching and how they all impact your mind and body.
H This program will provide you the tools to will create new Habits that support your desired life and Health.
A Throughout the program you will implement the right Activities and your Coach will keep you Accountable to your Action Steps.
P This will program will help identify your Priorities and why they are important, highlight your Passions and how to follow them, and engage you to claim your Personal Power.
E As you go through this program you will have increased Energy and Enthusiasm for your new Life, and be Empowered to live the life you want.
Initial Session: $75 1 hour
$100 90 minutes
Follow Up Sessions:

Anna Smith completed her Master's degree in Nutrition in 2007. She is a Certified Nutritionist and Life Coach. Anna specializes in promoting healthy habit change and personal empowerment, with a focus on creating a healthy relationship with food.
